7 Steps We Follow In Servicing
This is the entry point where the customers are asked to provide all information regarding details of the vehicle and their issues.
A thorough inspection of all parts of the vehicle is done. The executive will check if all parts are working fine and if not what steps have to be taken. In some cases only maintenance might be required. Whereas in other cases a change of part may be needed.
Before doing the needful an estimate is built about the cost of labour,services and parts ( if need to be changed). All costs are properly calculated before making any move.
The customer is informed about the cost of servicing and all potential steps needed to be followed. He is asked to give his approval before moving to the next step.
After the customer’s approval he can relax as we start our work with full dedication at a war speed. To give our best is the only motto we follow!
Once done, a re-check is done and it is ensured that servicing is done completely and nothing is left. Customer satisfaction is a must!
